King Salman Park

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him - launched the "King Salman Park" project on Tuesday, 12th Rajab 1440 AH (19th March 2019) at the initiative of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Prime

Minister, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the King Salman Park Foundation - may God protect him - under the implementation and supervision of the King Salman Park Foundation.

The project aims to provide sports, cultural, artistic, entertainment, commercial, and living options for the residents and visitors of the capital, contributing to achieving one of the targets of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in creating a vibrant community where individuals enjoy a healthy lifestyle and live in an attractive positive environment.

King Salman Park is designed to enrich the region's vegetation cover by introducing a diverse array of trees and plants, aligning with its pivotal role in advancing Saudi Vision's sustainability goals. Spanning over 16 square kilometers at the heart of Riyadh, the park stands as one of the city's four flagship projects. Strategically located, it is seamlessly connected to major roads and integrated with the Riyadh Metro and bus networks, ensuring effortless accessibility

The project aims to elevate Riyadh's global reputation, positioning it among the world's most livable cities. Dominated by expansive green spaces, the park will host an extensive variety of attractions and amenities, including shopping centers, hospitality venues, walking trails, sports facilities, and interactive water and art experiences. Key highlights encompass the Royal Arts Complex, a Visitor Center, and several specialized museums, redefining the conventional concept of parks in the region with a modern and innovative approach.

King Salman Park is the next destination to enhance Saudi productivity, creativity, and innovation for future generations. It has been developed to become the green lung of Riyadh, a vibrant and colorful destination.
